Turnkey Irrigation Projects Pivot Deployment for country’s largest Dairy Farm
A 400-hectare pivot irrigation project was implemented in three phases over several years for TH Milk’s maize cultivation program in Vietnam. The project was designed to irrigate feed crops for the country’s leading dairy producer and included the complete design and supply of water infrastructure, such as a floating pump station on a rain-fed reservoir and a fully automated irrigation system.

How We Made It Happen
Challenge
To implement a reliable and large-scale irrigation solution across hilly terrain using a rainwater reservoir as the only water source—while ensuring pressure stability, system automation, and scalability across multiple project phases.
Resolution
Metzer’s local team delivered complete hydraulic design, supply, and commissioning of water networks, floating pump platforms, filtration and fertigation systems, hydraulic valves, and dozens of center pivots. The fully automated solution enables efficient, uniform irrigation of maize crops while maximizing water use from natural rainfall harvesting.

Large-Scale Pivot & reel Hose Integration
A 1,000-hectare open-field maize project in Malaysia was implemented using a combination of 13 center pivots and 6 reel hoses. The fully automated system included complete design, supply, and installation—delivering precise and efficient irrigation across challenging sloped terrain.
